When the turkey leftovers are gone and the dishes have all been put away, it's time to treat yourself, your family and friends to the "un-Thanksgiving" dinner!
Every year we come together for a very special night of friendship and shared passion for great food and wine. We invite you to add a spark of fall fun to the calendar by joining the winemakers of the Paso Back Roads Wine Trail for a collaborative winemaker dinner in the CASS Winery barrel room. This elevated food and wine experience will feature wines and winemakers from many of our family-owned, boutique wineries located on the east side of Paso Robles Wine Country, who will join you at table for an amazing evening of food, wine, and storytelling.
The best part? An incredible menu prepared by Chef Charlie and his team - you don't have to cook or do the dishes!
