The Paso Wine Festival Weekend was a busy time at Sculpterra, but we were blessed with beautiful weather and wonderful people. On Saturday, our winemaker Paul Frankel, did double duty – performing with his band, “Candle”, and pouring wine for our guests. We had another band, “Narrow Road”, a Santa Maria style bar-b-que with all the fixings, AND introduced our 2009 Cabernet Franc and 2011 Rose (66% Mourvedre/34% Grenache). The event was open to wine club members, neighbors, wine enthusiasts, and even the “just glad to be here” accidental tourist. Sunday we continued with more wine, and our weekly music series, “Songwriters at Play”.
